Baked Potatoes
Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large idaho potatoes, baked, 2/3 c. milk, 1/4 c. oleo, salt and pepper to taste and 3/4 c. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut hot baked potatoes in half, lengthwise, and scoop out insides.
With an electric mixer beat oleo and potatoes until creamy, gradually add the milk; mixing well.
Add salt and pepper; stir.
Spoon mixture back into the potato shells.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Arrange in baking dish.
Bake at 375Β° until heated through and cheese is melted.
