Brown chops in fat in heavy skillet.
Remove chops and place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Wash rice and add.
Saute onion and green pepper slowly for about 5 minutes in remaining fat in skillet.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer until sauce is thick.
Pour over rice and chops and cook in moderate oven (350Β°) for 40 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
