Baked Fish Au Gratin
Baked Fish Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. whitefish fillets, 8 thin slices cheddar cheese, 3/4 tsp. thyme, 1/2 c. chopped parsley and 2 medium onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place half of the fillets in greased baking dish and cover with 4 slices of cheese.
Sprinkle with thyme and parsley.
Saute onions and add.
In top of double boiler, melt butter; stir in flour.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook until the mixture thickens.
Pour over fish and bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
