Baked Custard
Baked Custard is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 3 eggs, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Scald milk.
Put eggs in a bowl; beat just until the whites and yolks are mixed.
Add the sugar, salt and nutmeg; stir until blended.
Gradually stir the hot milk into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
Pour into 6 custard cups; put in baking pan with 1 inch of hot water.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until done.
Remove cups from hot water to cool.
Makes 6 servings.
