Baked Apricots
Baked Apricots is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 (17 oz.) cans unpeeled apricot halves, light brown sugar, 2 stacks ritz crackers, crumbled and 1 1/2 sticks margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain and cut apricots into fourths.
In a greased 2-quart casserole dish, put a layer of apricots.
Cover with brown sugar, then a layer of the crumbled crackers and dot thickly with lumps of margarine.
Repeat layers.
Bake slowly in a 300Β° oven for approximately 1 hour.
It should be thick and crusty on top. Serves 10.
