Au Gratin Potatoes

Cut potatoes into thin slices (about 4 cups).
Cook and stir onion in margarine in 2-quart saucepan until tender with potatoes. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
Bring to boil and stir 1 minute.
Place potatoes in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour cheese sauce on potatoes. Bake, uncovered, in 325° oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 375° or until potatoes are tender.
