Asparagus Salad
Asparagus Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. asparagus, cooked just until tender and drained, 1 tsp. tarragon leaves, 1 tsp. garlic salt, black pepper (fresh ground) and italian dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Layer asparagus in a shallow pan.
Sprinkle each layer with a few dry tarragon leaves, salt and pepper.
Add salad dressing and vinegar; marinate overnight at room temperature.
Drain and serve on lettuce leaves and top with mayonnaise flavored with a little of the marinade.
