Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain artichokes well, squeezing out all liquid.
Place artichokes, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt and hot pepper sauce in food processor or blender.
Process until artichokes are finely chopped but not pureed.
Pour artichoke mixture into greased 3 or 4 cup ovenproof serving dish.
Bake in preheated 325Β° oven until light brown, 25 to 35 minutes.
Serve hot with whole wheat crackers.
