Drain artichoke hearts, reserve marinade.
Coarsely chop artichoke hearts.
Cook rice according to package directions; Stir in reserved marinade.
Combine artichoke hearts, rice, chicken, water chestnuts, olives and green onions.
Mix mayonnaise, curry powder and pepper.
Stir into chicken mixture.
Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours. 8 servings.
