Apple Cranberry Bread

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and oil.
Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Add to egg mixture just until combined (batter will be very thick).
Stir in apples, cranberries and nuts.
Transfer to baking pans, 8 x 4 x 2 or little pans, whatever you prefer.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
