Place oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat until combined.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; add to oil mixture.

Spread batter in lightly greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes until top springs back when touched lightly.
