Angel Food Cake
Angel Food Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 12 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sift flour and sugar 4 times.
Beat egg whites, salt, cream of tartar and flavorings until soft peaks form.
Add rest of sugar in 4 additions, beating each time until blended.
Sift in flour mixture in 4 additions, folding in with a large spoon each time. Turn bowl often.
Pour batter into ungreased pan and bake at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Invert on bottle to cool.
