Alaskan Rhubarb Pineapple Crisp
Alaskan Rhubarb Pineapple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chunky pineapple, well drained, 2 c. (1 inch pieces) rhubarb, 1/2 c. sugar (divide in half), 1/2 c. each flour and oatmeal and 1/4 c. margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In greased 8-inch square baking dish, mix pineapple and rhubarb; sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
In small bowl, mix remaining sugar, flour, oats, margarine, cinnamon and salt until crumbly.
Sprinkle over fruit.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Rhubarb was a favorite of my mom.
