Place zucchini and onion in saucepan and cover with water. Boil for 5 minutes.

Drain and set aside.

Mix carrots, cream cheese and chicken soup.

Add zucchini and onion.

Mix herb dressing mix with melted butter until well blended.

Layer 2/3 of the crumb mixture at the bottom of a 10 x 9-inch dish.

Pour filling over crumb mixture.

Top with remaining crumbs and bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1/2 hour or 45 minutes until golden brown on top.

Serves 8 to 10.
