Zucchini Sauce With Garlic is an moderately easy dinner. Cut zucchini lengthwise in quarters, then cut in half. Bring 1 inch of water with bay leaves to a boil in a saucepan. Add zucchini minutes, covered.
Remove bay leaves and discard.
