Zucchini-Potato Casserole

Layer in 2-quart casserole in this order
1/2 the potatoes, 1/2 the squash or eggplant, tomato or tomato sauce, green pepper, remaining squash, oregano, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese as desired and remaining potatoes.
Salt each layer, especially the squash.
Cook 15 minutes in microwave on High (if no carousel, turn 1/4 turn every 5 minutes).
Let stand 5 minutes.
