Zucchini Lasagna
Zucchini Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet until crumbly; drain well.
Add tomato sauce, salt, oregano, basil and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Slice zucchini lengthwise 1/4-inch thick.
Blend cottage cheese and egg in bowl.
Alternate layers of zucchini sprinkled with flour, cottage cheese mixture and sauce in a rectangular baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch until all ingredients are used.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
