Zucchini Custard
Zucchini Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large zucchini, sliced, salt to taste, 1 egg, 1/2 c. sour cream and 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook zucchini, covered in salted boiling water until tender. Drain well.
Put in shallow baking dish.
Beat together egg, sour cream, salt, pepper and half of cheese.
Pour over zucchini.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes or until set.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
