Zucchini-Cheddar Quiche
Zucchini-Cheddar Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, thawed, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2/3 c. thinly sliced zucchini, 2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onions and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In pie shell, arrange cheese, zucchini and onions in bottom.
Beat eggs slightly in bowl, using a rotary beater.
Add evaporated milk and salt; blend well.
Pour over mixture in pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 325° and bake 25 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between the center and edge comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
This is delicious served cold.
