Yummy Chocolate Mint Fudge
Yummy Chocolate Mint Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 17 1/2 oz. jar marshmallow cream, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk (i prefer milnot), 1/4 c. butter and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In medium saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt; bring to boil, stirring constantly, over medium heat.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly, over medium heat.
Remove from heat.
Add mint-flavored chocolate morsels; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Store in nuts and vanilla extract.
Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
Chill in refrigerator until firm, about 2 hours.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Makes 1 3/4 pounds of delicious fudge candy. Great for the Christmas holidays or for anytime of the year!
