Yogurt Mash Potatoes
Yogurt Mash Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium potatoes, 1 onion, sliced, 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt or more, 1 tbsp. chopped chives and 1 egg, beaten slightly, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place potatoes and onion in a steamer over boiling water; steam until the potatoes are tender.
Remove skins and mash potatoes with cooked onion, yogurt, chives and beaten egg.
Spoon into a nonstick casserole dish.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 minutes or until top is lightly brown.
