Yogurt-Creamed Oats with Fruit
Yogurt-Creamed Oats With Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. quick cooking oats, 5 tbsp. warm milk, 2/3 c. plain yogurt, 1/4 c. toasted, skinned and chopped hazelnuts and 3 to 4 tbsp. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soak oats in 5 tablespoons warm milk until swollen, about 5 minutes.
Stir in yogurt, hazelnuts, honey and lemon juice.
Mix grated apples into yogurt mixture. Carefully mix in 1 pint mixed berries. Spoon mix into each of 4 goblets or bowls.
Garnish with thin apple slices and mint sprigs.
Serves 4.
