Yellow Party Cake
Yellow Party Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. butter, softened, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a mixer bowl cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy, scraping bowl frequently.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat at medium speed (about 2 minutes) until light and fluffy.
Scrape bowl frequently.
Stir together flour, baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk, beating at low speed after each addition.
Beat 1 minute at end.
Turn batter into 2 greased and lightly floured 9 x 1 1/2-inch round baking pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool thoroughly on wire racks.
