Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 c. flour (save some for rolling, 1/2 c.), 3 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 tbsp. instant yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put all together and mix dough until dough comes away from side of bowl.
Do in mixer.
Let rise until double in size.
Roll out and cut into rolls.
Let rise again until almost double in size.
If bubbles form, it was too long.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Brush with melted butter when removed from oven.
