Yeast Bread
Yeast Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. milk, scalded and cooled, 2 eggs, well beaten, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt 1 stick margarine and combine with milk, eggs, sugar, salt and yeast that has dissolved in warm water.
Using electric mixer, beat in 2 cups flour, stir in remaining flour by hand. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, on a floured board, roll out dough.
Knead and place in a well-greased loaf pan or muffin pan for rolls.
Let rise now for 2 hours.
Brush tops with remaining stick of butter.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
