Yam Corn Bread
Yam Corn Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. yellow corn meal, 2 1/2 tbsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. salt and 1/3 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix flour, corn meal, baking powder and salt.
Set aside. Combine eggs, milk and oil in large bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Add yams; beat until well blended.
Add dry mixture, stirring only until moistened.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.
Bake at 425Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm with butter.
