Wrapped Chicken Breasts
Wrapped Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. dried beef, 5 chicken breasts, boned and halved, 10 slices thick, lean bacon, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soak dried beef in water 15 minutes if it came in a jar. Arrange beef slices on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Wrap each chicken breast half in a slice of bacon; place over dried beef.
Combine sour cream, mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms; pour over wrapped chicken.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours; uncover during last 1/2 hour of baking time.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Makes 10 servings (really makes 5 servings because everyone wants 2).
