Wonderful Coconut Cream Pie
Wonderful Coconut Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 4 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 2/3 c. milk and 5 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Prepare and bake a single pie shell.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Gradually add milk.
Cook in double boiler until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat.
Add butter, vanilla and coconut.
Pour mixture into cooled pie shell.
