Wine Jellies(Makes 4 Cups) is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 2 c. wine (i like riunite wine; they come in flavors of peach, raspberry or apple) and 3 oz. liquid pectin (1 pouch), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a stainless steel pan, stir the sugar into the wine.
Heat over low to medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Don't overheat.
Bring almost to a simmer.
Remove from heat and stir in the liquid pectin, dissolving completely.
Pour into 8-ounce jelly jars.
Keep refrigerated up to about 2 months.
