Wilted Spinach Vinaigrette
Wilted Spinach Vinaigrette is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach, 2 tbsp. canola oil, 2 cloves chopped garlic, 1/3 c. raisins and 1/4 c. sunflower seeds or pine nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Remove stems from spinach leaves with kitchen shears.
Wash and blot dry.
In frypan, saute garlic in oil for 1 minute.
Add spinach and raisins.
Stir constantly until spinach is barely wilted, about 1 minute 15 seconds.
Add seeds and vinegar.
Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
