Williamsburg Salad(Serves 12)
A jewel-toned aspic salad with tangy pineapple, sweet relish, olives, and pecans suspended in lemon-tinted gelatin. A dressy retro centerpiece for a crowd.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar, salt and green coloring.
Chill until slightly thickened, then add pecan meats, India relish, pineapple and olives.
Pour into molds or a flat serving dish which has been rubbed with oil. Chill until firm and serve.
