Wild Rice With Mushrooms And Almonds is an moderately easy dinner. Put all ingredients except broth, in a heavy skillet and cook oven medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the almonds are slightly brown.
Stir often.
Heat oven to 325Β°.
When almonds are brown, add the chicken broth to the rice mixture.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 hours.
