Wild Rice Casserole
Wild Rice Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. wild rice, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook wild rice in 2 cups water.
Brown pork sausage and drain off drippings.
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Mix together water chestnuts (sliced and drained), mushroom soup, 1 soup can of water, almonds, mushrooms, celery salt, garlic salt, pepper, onion salt, paprika and salt.
Mix all ingredients together in casserole.
Bake 1 hour, covered, at 350Β°.
