White Mountain Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. water, 1/4 c. light corn syrup (karo), 2 egg whites (1/4 c.) and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix in saucepan sugar, water and corn syrup.
Cover; bring to boil.
Remove cover.
Cook to 242Β° on candy thermometer.
Just before syrup is ready, beat egg whites until stiff.
Pour hot syrup over egg whites very slowly while beating with electric mixer.
Beat until frosting holds peaks.
Blend in vanilla.
