Whipped Potato Casserole
Whipped Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 10 medium potatoes, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 c. or more sour cream and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Peel and cook potatoes until tender.
Drain and mash well. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together, add to potatoes, blending well.
Add more sour cream and a little milk if potatoes are too stiff.
Spoon into a 2-quart casserole and season and brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and put it in refrigerator, covered, until ready to use.
Bake 40 minutes at 300Β°, uncovered.
Serves 12 generously.
