Whip Cream Potato Casserole
Whip Cream Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium potatoes, dot of butter, 1 pt. half and half, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil potatoes just until done, not too soft.
Chill in the refrigerator.
When thoroughly chilled, grate potatoes in 8 x 12-inch dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Dot with butter.
Cover with whipping cream (unwhipped) and half and half.
Cover with foil.
Allow to refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
