Cook sugar, syrup, peanuts, water and salt.
In heavy pan, cook 8 to 10 minutes, until peanuts nearly stop popping and lose whiteness when opened.
Remove from heat.
Add baking soda.
Stir fast and pour immediately.
Cool and crack.
