Virginia Box Bread

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add eggs, salt, sugar, butter and 2 cups flour.
Beat until smooth. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn onto a floured board.
Knead until smooth and elastic, 6 to 8 minutes.
Put in a greased bowl. Turn once so top is greased.
Let rise until doubled.
On a lightly floured board, roll out dough to fit a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place dough in pan.
Using a sharp knife, cut dough into 12 squares.
Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
