Vidalia Onion Casserole
Vidalia Onion Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 medium vidalia onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick, 12 saltines, crushed, 4 oz. stick margarine and 1 tbsp. (for greasing dish), 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt margarine on medium heat and saute onions until clear and tender.
Butter 2-quart 8 x 11 x 2-inch casserole dish.
Reserve 3 tablespoons crumbs for topping.
Line dish with remaining crackers.
Add onions and soup, alternating until dish is full.
Cover with beaten eggs and pour milk over top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
