Venison Meatball Stroganoff
Venison Meatball Stroganoff is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground venison, 1 medium potato, grated, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 egg and 2 slices bread, soaked in milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix the first 8 ingredients and form into balls.
Brown in hot fat.
Remove from skillet.
Put the onion in the skillet and saute. Add the mushrooms and enough flour to make a paste.
Stir, then add the bouillon, sour cream, catsup, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
Bring to a boil. Turn to simmer.
Add meatballs and simmer 1 hour.
