Vegetable Goulash
Vegetable Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. special oil (your choice), 3/4 c. thinly sliced onion, 1 c. diced green pepper, 1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes and 2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a casserole; saute the onions 5 minutes. Add peppers; saute 5 minutes.
Stir in the tomatoes, potatoes, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
