Vegetable Filled Zucchini
Vegetable Filled Zucchini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 zucchini, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/4 lb. mushrooms, diced, 2 tbsp. minced onion and 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
