Vegetable Casserole

In large pot, saute butter and onion.
Cut up vegetables and add to butter and onion.
Cook, covered, until done.
Put vegetables in large casserole; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
