Veal Scallopini
Veal Scallopini is an moderately easy dinner. Cut veal into strips (two fingers wide).
Rinse strips to moisten.
Dip in bread crumbs and brown (medium).
Pour off excess fat.
Saute green onions and mushrooms until clear.
Add browned meat, wine and Worcestershire; simmer until vegetables reach desired stage.
Serve with rice.
