Veal Parmesan
Veal Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. each: garlic salt and paprika, 1 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 4 veal chops (3/4-inch thick), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine flour and seasonings; coat chops with mixture.
Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in small bowl.
Dip chops in egg, then crumb mixture.
Brown chops slowly in hot oil in skillet. Place slice of Mozzarella cheese over each chop.
Pour sauce over cheese; sprinkle with oregano.
Cover.
Simmer for 50 minutes or until meat is tender.
