Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 8 medium potatoes, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. sour cream, salt and pepper and 1 c. grated sharp cheddar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease potatoes well and bake in a 400° oven for 45 minutes or until soft.
Split lengthwise; scoop out center into mixing bowl and set shells aside.
Add butter, sour cream, salt, pepper and cheese to potatoes and mash until well mixed.
Mound into shells. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° until lightly browned on top.
May be frozen after filling and baked for about 40 minutes when ready to use.
