Twice-Baked Potatoes
Twice-Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large baking potatoes, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. milk, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Wash potatoes and rub skins with oil. Bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are done.
Reduce oven heat to 350°.
Cut a slice from top of each potato and scoop out pulp. Mash pulp; add sour cream, milk, salt, pepper and green onions. Fill potato shells with mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
