Twice Baked Potatoes

Scrub potatoes and bake 1 hour at 400° or until done.
Cut thin slice from top of potatoes.
Scoop out potatoes and mash.
Blend in sour cream, milk, cheese, butter, salt and pepper, beating with electric mixer until fluffy.
Spoon mixture into potato shells.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Put on baking sheets.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
