Twice Baked Potato

Wash potatoes; pat dry.
Prick each potato with fork.
Bake on a rack at 400° for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
Cut a thin slice from top of each potato; scoop out pulp into a bowl.
Mash potato pulp with the hot milk until fluffy.
Beat in butter and green onions.
Add seasonings.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Add to potato mix.
Spoon potato mixture into shells.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Place potatoes on baking sheet.
Bake at 375° until cheeses are melted.
