Turnips
Turnips is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh pork or 1 lb. ham hock, 1 bunch turnips and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place meat in enough water to cover and simmer until tender. Fresh meat will need 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
Wash turnip leaves several times; remove stems and cook in meat stock for 1 hour or until tender.
Turnip roots may be added during last 30 minutes of cooking. Just peel and slice.
